If you order before 2 p.m., the package is same day dispatch and will be delivered within 48 hours.

Any order placed on Friday after 2 p.m. is prepared and dispatched the following Monday (if no specific delivery date has been chosen).

There is no preparation or shipment of parcels possible Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, except for orders to be picked up on site . However, you can always be delivered on a Saturday by placing your order 24 or 48 hours in advance.

For deliveries in Europe, delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.
After receiving your order, we will inform you about the delivery time, but generally delivery times vary between 5 and 8 working days in the European Economic Area.

Regarding deliveries to third countries, delivery times could be longer and reach up to 15 working days.
