A: In your account file, you can determine a delivery address and a different billing address (for sending the equipment directly to your Customer).
Q: Can I place an order via your website and collect the equipment from your point of sale?
A: Yes no problem. You have an option specifying this possibility when placing your order on our website.
Q: Can I place an order with a different shipping address than the billing address?
A: Yes no problem. Billing and delivery addresses can be configured in your Customer area.
Q: I placed an order and did not receive an email acknowledgment from your site.
A: Check in the customer file on our website that you have entered a valid email address. Also check your spam filter. If you still do not receive an order confirmation, please contact our sales department by email or telephone to report the problem.
