Delivery Zones: a. We offer delivery within France as well as to countries within the European Union.

Free Shipping: a. We provide free shipping for all orders with a total amount equal to or exceeding €20.

Delivery Times: a. For deliveries within France, if you place your order before 2:00 PM, your package will be shipped on the same day and delivered within 48 hours. b. For deliveries within Europe, the delivery time usually ranges between 3 and 5 business days. c. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the exact destination and weather conditions.

Order Processing: a. Any order placed before 2:00 PM from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) is prepared and shipped on the same day. b. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during the weekend will be prepared and shipped on the next business day. c. Please note that orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the following Monday.

Shipping Days: a. Please note that we do not prepare or ship packages on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, except for orders available for pickup. b. However, you can still receive deliveries on Saturdays by placing your order 24 or 48 hours in advance.

International Deliveries: a. For deliveries within Europe, the delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Upon receipt of your order, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time. b. Please note that for deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the delivery times may be longer and can take up to 15 business days.
